Captain's Word
Additional Info

Winning a premiership is very much a team effort. While the 22 guys out on the ground last October collected the medals, it was a Cup won by many great Collingwood people over many years.
Whilst the players receive most of accolades, we are ever aware of the reality that without the support of our off-field team and our army of loyal and passionate supporters, we would not be able to deliver our Club the success that we have all dreamt of.
Harry O’Brien and I are fortunate enough to have been associated with BLACK AND WHITE for a number of years now, and we sincerely value that association with what is a group of good, honest, hard-working people with black & white in their hearts.
The growth and success of the group in recent years comes as no surprise to me whatsoever. BLACK AND WHITE offers the opportunity to be an active part of our Club in a positive, proactive way – to contribute to our collective success AND enjoy it along the way.
I would urge any Collingwood fan considering BLACK AND WHITE to join us and stick with us. We, as players, have reaffirmed our commitment to the cause and we’d love you to do the same.
On behalf of Harry and the rest of the playing group, thanks to everyone at BLACK AND WHITE for your ongoing support and your kind words since our premiership win. Rest assured we will be doing everything in our power to deliver you another Cup in 2011.
Go Pies!
